Although it was one of the warmest days in June and the mayfly hatch was going on. Captain Ryan made it happen. My grandson Darwin and I caught about 20 fish . Ryan expertly filled our walleye and we had a great dinner.

My son and I fished with Ryan last Friday afternoon and had a great time. Caught some dinner, lost a couple nice ones at the boat and laughed our asses off. Captain Ryan is knowledgeable and entertaining; we'll be returning to fish with him again for sure. This is your guy for an enjoyable and successful day on the water.

Ryan with Croix Boys Fishing Guides was awesome! Took my dad (who is visiting from abroad) and my husband out on the St. Croix and we had such a great time. We caught over two dozen fish- lots of different species and plenty of walleye to bring home and cook up. I’m a total beginner and he made everything very simple to understand, comfortable, and really fun, especially trolling. He’s very friendly, patient, and enthusiastic. He even filleted all the fish for us at the end and took photos, which was such a nice bonus. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide, I highly recommend booking with him if you’re on the river!

Awesome trip, we caught so many fish! We had 2 adults and 2 kids and Ryan took care of everything. Ryan was very attentive to the us and the fishing. This was a very relaxing and exciting way to fish. Thank you!!
