Great service, very responsive to questions pre trip and stayed in touch with updates a few days leading up to the trip. Ryan brought the fun and the action! Our 10yo son and his 11yo cousin had some good battles reeling in the sturgeon, but my wife ruled the day with a 62inch monster! Ryan and crew took great care of us movies and made it a great experience. I would recommend this experience for anyone.

Ryan was quick to respond to voicemail, answered many question pre booking and kept great contact in the few days leading up to our trip. It was a surprise of our 10yo old boy and his 11yo boy and the adventure did not disappoint!! We were on the sturgeon right from the start, boys got to have a few good battles in and my wife reeled in a 62incher! Great conversations and energy from the crew. I would highly recommend this group for a guided tour. Now we are looking forward to hitting there ice fishing tent over the winter! Thanks for the memories fellas!

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my entire life (and I have been around a long time)! My father, sister, my son, and myself went on a half-day tour with Ryan as our guide. We were specifically fishing for sturgeon and we caught some whoppers! Ryan is so enthusiastic and energetic and so genuinely excited for every fish we caught. We would love to do it again next year!

This guy is Great! He knows what he’s doing I thought I was going to skunk but next thing I know I was the first one to catch a sturgeon! I recommend this guy for sure! I wish I can go back!

I went out fishing with Ryan and it was a blast. We were able to pull in 9 different species of fish, 7 of which I have never caught before. Our biggest catch was a 10lb channel Cat. If you are a beginner to fishing or even an experienced fisherman, I recommend you book a trip and go fishing With Ryan. You can see and feel his emence love of the sport in every single cast that he makes. He rigs up the rods and puts you on all sorts of fish. Trust me, you will catch so many fish you'll need a clicker to help you count. I strongly recommend this guy and his crew and strongly recommend for you to go out and fish! Feel the wind in your face as you drive around in his pontoon and feel the fish wiggling in you hands! 🎣 Ryan, thank you very much for this amazing experience. I didn't think I would but I really did fall in love with Fishing again. I was very stoked about catching my first small mouth. It wasn't a monster but it was a beautiful little fella! Ryan was awesome he fit us in for a half day and he does everything! You just sit down and fish no need bait your hook or net he does it ALL!!

Great time, great guide. My husband and I booked a half day tour and had a great time on the river near Stillwater. Captain Ryan was knowledgeable, had all the gear ready and available, making the trip easy. Would definitely recommend!

Me, my son David, my grandson Roman my ex-wife Lynn booked a guided fishing tour with Ryan. He was great my grandson Roman 12 years old caught his first walleye. Lynn caught a 30 pound buffalo rough fish. We had a great time with Ryan. Very knowledgeable very friendly just awesome to be with. Will be doing it again with him. He knows what he’s doing. My son and I booked Croix Boys and Captain Ryan for the second year in a row. We spent the day on the beautiful St. Croix fishing for walleye. We ended up catching over 35 fish including 7 keeper walleyes. Ryan was great keeping us on fish and providing local knowledge. Thanks again and we are already looking forward to next year!

We had a blast! Ryan has the perfect set up for pros, kids, couples, families, aging fisherman. Very accessible and comfortable. He knows how to fish. And he knows the river! Ryan found a way to make those special memories even better with a couple PB boated on our trip!
